Yes, you can access the latest badge portrait on file, through the Laboratory's Data Warehouse. While the latest portrait on file usually will be the one on your latest badge, for technical reasons, it is not always the case. However, the purpose of making the images available is to offer a capability to use them for a variety of official (work-related) purposes. Each person with an active EIS record will be able to access his or her own portrait if DWALL authority has been assigned. Group managers have the system authority to access the images of everyone in their Group, and are permitted to assign that authority to non-managers. However, there are important legal restrictions governing use of these images The images are in a standard format, jpeg. By right clicking on the image, it can be saved to a drive or disk, and then pasted into documents, sent as an e-mail attachment, etc. To access your badge portrait, you will need:

If you do not have your own Token Card, you can ask your Group Office to obtain your badge portrait for you. Group and Division management can run this report for the entire Group
